Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and securing IBX delivery

Coordinating internal resources and leading cross-functional teams

Increasing the use of IBX services and solutions together with the customer

Confident in closing deals

Proven ability to set priorities and follow through

Experience of working with larger customers in an environment involving a number of stakeholders
