IBX Supplier Order Management is a web-based application used to receive Purchase Orders and Change Purchase Orders from customers. The solution also enables the supplier to route Purchase Orders notification emails internally based on customer as well as the possibility to send Purchase Order Responses and Invoices electronically.

IBX Supplier Integration

IBX Supplier Integration enables suppliers to integrate their internal sales order management and customer billing systems directly to IBX Network. Integration of the order and invoice flow to IBX improves the supplier’s process efficiency by allowing them to import the business documents directly to their back end system with no manual effort. IBX Supplier Content Management is a web-based application where the supplier can load updated product catalogues to their customers. The solution provides instant validation reports and notification when the customer has approved and published the updated catalogue. It is also possible to load pictures and attachments via the solution to be hosted at IBX and electronically connected to your catalogue in order to make it more attractive and more easy to use for the customers’ end users.

The IBX Supplier Content Management process includes the following steps:

Validation: The supplier get access to IBX Supplier Content Management where you can import and validate your catalogue before it is sent to the buyer for approval. IBX also provides this service for the suppliers.
Enrichment: Depending on the buyer, IBX Supplier Content Management will enrich your catalogue before sending it to your buyer. For instance, remapping of certain unit of measures to customer specific unit of measures, or mapping between UNSPSC to buyer specific taxonomies.
Transformation: The catalogue is approved by the buyer and converted into a format that can be published in the Search Engine or eProcurement system.

IBX Supplier Views is a means for suppliers to view their catalogues as they appear to buyers. This enables suppliers to view and browse their catalogues in their customer’s end user interface and make appropriate changes and enhancements to increase opportunities for business.

IBX Statistics

IBX Statistics is an advanced reporting tool that enables detailed follow-ups of sales made between you and your customer via IBX. A number of customizable reports show sales per buyer, per buyer unit, per product group, per calendar day/month etc. The reports can be exported to MS Excel or printed.
