Workshops: How to prepare a BPO business case

On day two, the event will feature workshops focusing on building up an efficient indirect procurement operation. In these workshops participants will discuss different approaches and challenges to get indirect spend under control.

Workshop participants will go through the entire process, discussing and sharing knowledge around questions such as:

  • How to deal with the cultural aspects of change? 
  • How to prepare stakeholders for decision?
  • How to put strategy into action?
